We need a visionary leader, who has proven skills in building relationships with stakeholders, partners and workforce and knowledgeable in revenues and benefits services to ensure our customers receive the highest quality of service within financial constraints.
The Anglia Revenues Partnership (ARP) is the largest revenues partnership in England continuing to look for innovative ways of reducing costs, while improving services, with a focus remaining on excellent customer service. As an organisation, the ARP has the third largest revenues and benefits caseload in the country, only exceeded by the large urban authorities of Birmingham and Leeds.

You will also be required to work, on occasion, across all four offices including March, Lowestoft and Melton and attend council meetings at any of the five council’s premises. This may include evening council meetings on occasion.
The partnership has an agile approach to home and office working.
You will be instrumental in driving forward key priorities for the partnership and providing sound strategic direction regarding the effective management of resources and services. You will have proven experience of managing change and transforming services, focused on developing and improving service delivery, customer journey and programme management, and identifying and delivering commercial opportunities.
A strong and effective communicator, you will be responsible for providing inspirational leadership and operational management to the team, ensuring that staff adopt the values and expected behaviours of the ARP and deliver a high-performance culture.
You should possess an IRRV qualification or equivalent revenues and benefits experience at a senior level. A project management qualification would be an advantage.
